NASA and Boeing will hold a joint media teleconference to discuss the OFT-2 mission and provide an update on spacecraft readiness. The teleconference will include the following participants: Kathryn Lueders, associate administrator of NASA’s Space Operations Mission Directorate, Steve Stich, manager of the Commercial Crew Program, Joel Montalbano, manager of NASA’s International Space Station Program, Dr. Michelle Parker, vice president and deputy general manager of Space and Launch at Boeing, Mark Nappi, vice president and program manager of the CST-100 Starliner at Boeing.
This is the second uncrewed test flight for the Starliner spacecraft. Reflight of the OFT mission will allow Boeing to demonstrate readiness of the spacecraft and implement corrections to the problems which were found during the first OFT flight.
