NASA astronaut candidate, selected in 2025 to join the 24th class of astronauts at the US space agency. An AH-1 attack helicopter pilot and test pilot for the United States Marine Corps, she has logged more than 2,000 flight hours on over 30 types of aircraft, including more than 300 combat hours. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, she is originally from California and served as director of flight test engineering at Gulfstream Aerospace prior to her selection by NASA.
