Wang Haozhe is a Chinese astronaut selected as part of the Shenzhou program. She joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in December 2009 and enlisted in the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in January 2021. Prior to being chosen into the astronaut corps, she worked as a senior propulsion engineer at the Academy of Aerospace Liquid Propulsion Technology of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC).
